We press the slabs we sell.
Many suppliers in this trade are traders. We are not. The pressing lines, the polishing line, the quality bench and the packing bay in the photographs on this site are the same ones your order runs through.
That matters most when something goes wrong: a colour that does not match the sample, a container that has to be re-planned, a certificate your customs broker needs on a Thursday. You are talking to the plant.

Own production, two sites
Quartz slabs pressed and polished in Guangdong. A second pressing facility in Cambodia gives us a route for buyers who need an origin outside China.

Colours developed in house
Our own sample room and development team. Send a piece of stone, a photograph or a swatch from another supplier and we will test whether it can be matched, press a trial slab and show you the real thing before anything is quoted at volume.

Whites, warm creams, greys and deep blacks — the range that actually sells in villa, hotel and retail work, rather than a catalogue of 300 shades nobody stocks.

7 pallets, 140 / 105 / 70 slabs by thickness, 25.8 tonnes net. We send the loading plan with the quotation so your forwarder has no surprises.

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the test reports your market requires, issued by the exporting company.

On the floor
From quartz sand to a wrapped pallet.
Raw aggregate is batched and mixed under vacuum, pressed into slab form, cured, then calibrated and polished on a continuous line. Every batch is checked for thickness and shade before it is packed.
We photograph the actual batch before loading. If you are buying against a client's sample, ask for the batch photographs — it is the cheapest insurance in this trade.
Logistics
A 20' container is a weight problem, not a space problem.
Quartz is dense. A 20' GP fills to roughly 25.8 tonnes before it fills to the roof, so the number of slabs you can ship is set by weight. The table on the right is what actually leaves the yard.
